Plan policies — delivery, revisions & guarantee
These policies apply to every paid plan ($149 standard and $99 founding), which deliver the same plan: 8–15 verified targets, content angles, three outreach templates, a 30-day action sequence, and tracking.
Delivery
What you receive.
Your Backlink Outreach Plan is a hand-researched document built around your website. It contains: an overview of your site and niche; the linkable content you already have and gaps worth building; 8–15 verified target publications and opportunities, each with a real, checkable outlet and the right person or contact path; three outreach templates pre-adapted to your business; a 30-day action sequence; and how to track your results. Every outlet, website, and person is checked live before it reaches you, and each entry tells you exactly what to do next.
When you'll get it.
Within 5 business days of payment. At checkout and on your order-status page we show your exact expected delivery date. We email your plan to the address you ordered with, and it also appears on your order-status page for download anytime.
If we're ever late.
Occasionally a plan needs more care than expected. If we can't deliver by your expected date, we email you the new date before it's due — you'll never have to chase us. We don't rush work to hit a date; we just tell you the truth, early.
An honest note on your opportunities.
We do not guarantee any link, placement, or result — no one can. Because opportunities can go stale (a roundup already ran, a contact changed roles), if one expires after delivery we re-issue the affected section with a clear "what changed" note. We never quietly edit your plan; any change is versioned and visible.
Revision
Our revision promise.
Your plan is researched specifically for you, and we want it right. If something genuinely doesn't fit, or an opportunity proves dead, we'll fix it. Here's exactly how.
How to request.
Reply to the email that delivered your plan. Tell us which entry or section is the problem and why.
When.
Within 14 days of delivery.
What counts.
- A genuine mis-match — you can show a target publication, opportunity, or person isn't actually relevant to your audience or business (for example, an outlet covering a topic you have nothing to do with).
- A dead link or expired outlet — a listed opportunity is a dead link, unverifiable, or already closed (for example, the roundup that entry pitched has already run). In either case we replace that entry with a comparable, freshly verified one at no extra charge.
What doesn't count.
A revision isn't a rewrite service. We won't redo the whole plan for a different style, other topics, or "just make it feel different." And routine outreach results — no response, no link — are not revision grounds; your plan is a path, not an outcome.
The limit.
One free revision round per plan, within the 14-day window, replacing individual entries that fail the checks above. This keeps the promise real for a one-time, hand-researched project: everything we say we'll fix, we will; nothing we can't honestly bound.
Satisfaction / Guarantee
Our guarantee.
We can't honestly guarantee that you'll earn backlinks, placements, or rankings — no honest service can, and we never pretend otherwise. What we do guarantee is the quality and truthfulness of the work:
- Your plan is researched for you, not mass-produced.
- It's delivered on time, within 5 business days of payment.
- Every target publication, website, and person is real and verifiable on the day we deliver. We check each one before you see it.
- If a promised target is dead or non-existent at delivery, we replace it at no charge (see Revision).
An honest expectation.
Your plan is a genuine, verifiable path to earning links — not a guaranteed outcome. Some links come quickly, others take weeks or months, and some opportunities won't respond. That's normal, and the plan tells you what to do next.
A goodwill note.
If we ever believe a delivered plan fell materially below the standard we promise — for example, clearly off-target research — we'll make it right on a case-by-case basis and tell you what we'll do, rather than making you guess. That's an honest judgment, not a formula.
